Actress Bhoomika may not have acted in many Tamil films, but still she has great groups of fans following her. The actress has resumed her career after marriage and is nowbusy shooting simultaneously for ‘Kalavadiya Pozhudhugal’ and ‘Sinam’.
Recently, scenes involving her in ‘Kalavadiya Pozhudhugal’ were canned at Udumalai near the locales of Thirumoorthi Malai on the way to Thiru Amanalingeshwar Temple.
Soon as the crowd witnessed Bhoomika in the temple, the thronged at an extreme speed at the temple. Gradually, this had stalled the shooting for a while.
On pars, filming of ‘Appaavi’ was also shot in the same place. Well, for tourists who came all the way to visit the temple had great time watchingthis shooting.

Reema Sen speaks to the media

Reema Sen while speaking to the media said,” It was the most unforgettable experience for acting in hit films like Chellame, Dhool and Thimuru. The film Aayirathil Oruvan in which I have acted is to be released shortly.
When I was acting in Minnale I was also acting in a Telugu film Chittram. But after this I started concentrating in Tamil films. For the last years I am getting a lot of offers from Telugu film industry but I am waiting for a good script. Now I have got the opportunity.Though I have acted in one or two Hindi films I am interested in acting in South Indian language films. Many are asking me when I will become number one. Every Friday many actors and actresses are becoming number one through the hit films. Those who give continuous hits attain super star status. This status is determined by the fans.”

Sana Khan in a village girl role with difference

Sana Khan made her debut as a heroine in the film Silambattam which had Simbhu in the lead, now she is acting in Bharath starrer Thambikku Indha Ooru, Sibi Raj starrer Santhu Pottu and Santhanoo starrer ‘Aayiram Vilakku’. Sana Khan while speaking to the media said,” After Silambattam I became very busy in Tamil films. I am very happy about this. The three films Thambikku Indha Ooru, Santhu Pottu and Aayiram Vilakku are being made with the backdrop of the village. Silambattam was also like these films. Many are asking me about me doing stereo typed roles. Definitely it is not. Though I wore half saree in Silambattam the role was a glamour one. In song sequences I acted with glamour dresses”.
Adding more on her roles, she says, “I am donning the role of an athlete in the film Thambikku Indha Ooru. So there is no village girl role in this film. In ‘Aayiram Vilakku’ I am doing the role of a Madurai girl. But I will not wear half saree. I will be wearing churidhar suits. In Santhu Pottu my role has prominence; I have donned the role of a pragmatic village girl. I got some Telugu films. Like how I acted with Simbhu, I also want to act with top young Telugu actors. I will wait until I get the chance. Presently I will be acting in Tamil films only.”

Ramba to get married on 27th December

There is news that Ramba is too get married to a Canadian industrialist. Ramba who had acted in Hindi and Telugu films has only one Tamil cinema Vidiyum Varai Kaathiru on hand.
Her sister-in- law Pallavi is producing this film. This film is yet to be released. At this point Ramba was appointed as a brand ambassador for Magic Wood in Canada. She was gifted with a BMW car by this firm.
The value of the car is Rs 1 ½ Crore. Now there is news that Ramba is getting married to Indran who is the owner of Magic Wood. The marriage is to take place in Tirupathi on 27th December. When asked Ramba’s family about this, they said,” There are various news regarding Ramba’s marriage.Ramba has been appointed as the brand ambassador of Magic Wood. Ramba has gone to Canada. She will be back in Chennai on 30th. If Ramba’s marriage is arranged, it will not be a secret marriage.” The latest news is that Ramba’s family members have gone to Canada in connection with her marriage.

Lakshmi Rai gifted a BMW car by her lover?

Lakshmi Rai has acquired an imported BMW car. Recently Ramba had also purchased a similar car. There were rumors that this car was gifted by her lover who is in Canada.
There is also news that both are getting married in Tirupathi on 27th of December. At this point Lakshmi Rai has also purchased a BMW car. She is currently acting in a Tamil film Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam. Her earlier films did not to well at the box office.
But there were always news linking her with famous people. There was news that she was in love with cricket captain Dhoni. Now there is news that she is in love with a Mumbai industrialist. It seems that Lakshmi Rai has been gifted this BMW car.
Lakshmi Rai has also purchased an apartment worth Rs 4 ½ lakhs. She is also in search of Hindi film offers. But when asked Lakshmi Rai was asked about this, she denied the news. She said,” BMW car was gifted my father on the occasion of my birthday.I was dreaming of buying this car for the last three years. We had booked this car 6 months ago. I don’t want to reply to the rumors about this car.”

Divya Spandana donates her eyes

Divya Spandana, who was popularly known as 'Kuthu' Ramya in Tamil cinema, has donated her eyes to a Bangalore-based eye hospital.
The actress signed a form expressing willingness to donate eyes at her birthday function held recently. She has also urged her fans to follow the suit and to create a world where there are no visually impaired.
Divya, a popular actress in Kannada, entered Tamil films as Ramya with Silambarasan starrer 'Kuthu'. This made fans and peers to call her 'Kuthu' Ramya.

Udhayathara interacts with media

Udhayathara while interacting with the media said,” Udhayathara means rising star. I am donning the role of a Sri LankanTamil girl in the film Vilai directed by Kamaraj. In this film Bharani and Saravanan who acted in Nadodigal are also acting with me. This film has different kind of story. The heroine is given moreimportance than the hero. That is why I agreed to act in this film. After this I am acting in the film titled Unnai Nan Arivein. Vijayakhanna is directing this film. Muhammad Ali is doing the lead role.
In Bayam Ariyaan I have donned the role of a bubbly girl. The shooting of the film is over and the film is to hit the screens soon. I will definitely act in glamour roles if the story demands. Even in the film Kannum Kannum though I have donned the homely role, I have acted glamorously in thesongsequences.”
